Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be included.
- Returns requested after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional offers (unless received damaged or defective).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
- Refunds may be issued to:
- Original payment method, or
- Dravio Studio Store Wallet (if applicable).
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
6. Return Shipping
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Dravio Studio.
- For all other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
