Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be included.
  • Returns requested after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional offers (unless received damaged or defective).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
  • Refunds may be issued to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Dravio Studio Store Wallet (if applicable).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Dravio Studio.
  • For all other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
